Our farms are in Apaneca Ilamatepec and Bálsamo Quezaltepec mountain ranges of El Salvador. Coffee grown on these mountain ranges is regulated by Denominación de Origen Café Apaneca Ilamatepec and Bálsamo Quezaltepec, an organization that protects the quality of coffees linked to its origin. Most of our coffee is bourbon arabica, but other varieties are pacas, pacamara, catimoro and more.

Within our company, we have the opportunity to follow-up and give traceability FROM GROUND TO CUP. Even when working with other farmers we keep exact records of where everything comes from and where it goes.
